My wife found this company and after my first conversation I was sold on their customer service. Timely, communicative and willing to work with what I needed. The unit is exactly as ordered and delivery was seamless. Looking forward to many years of use
The ordering and delivery process was great. The shed is exactly as I had hoped. Customer service was a little hard to get ahold of, but everything showed up on schedule.
Ulrich Barns is a fraud. Upper management should definitely go to prison for defrauding customers. They collect initial fees and then "forget" about your project. They have no knowledge of local permitting process, cannot add up numbers to calculate correctly the sq footage of the building, have delay after delay for no good reason, do not respond to communication. Do not work with them. They are fraudsters.
