We purchased a Heritage 12/14 shed from Ulrich. The salesperson was very helpful. Honestly, everything went very well until after our shed was delivered. Beware! I began the process with Ulrich Lifestyle in December 2023, and after many frustrating months, we finally completed the project. The communication throughout the entire process was atrocious. If you were lucky enough to get someone to call you back, everything they said was a lie. After the shed was built onsite, I discovered that, due to its size (12×20), a permit was required.
