We had an excellent experience from start to finish! The entire team was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Our shed was delivered right on schedule and exactly as we needed—no detail overlooked. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. Communication was smooth throughout the process, and the delivery crew was efficient and respectful of our property. We couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shed done right!
My experience with Ulrich has been nothing short of a disaster. I placed an order on a shed back in July and was told it would be delivered by the end of the month. Here we are in October and I'm seemingly no closer to getting my shed than I was back when I first placed the order. Communication has been completely NONEXISTENT and it's next to impossible to get someone on the phone to get any sort of update. Great customer service, structure was delivered on time and set done excellent.
I was looking for a shed to replace a greenhouse and stopped at Ulrich for an estimate. Lynn was very helpful and knowledgeable in the different styles and sizes of the sheds on the premises. From start to finish everyone was professional and friendly. Our shed was built onsite, the guys showed up on time and cleaned up everything when they left. (I'm sorry I don't remember their names) It was a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend them. Very impressed with the quality of the shed.
