Great customer service
I took my F150 in for an oil change recently. The service manager called and said the air cleaner needed replaced - but everything else looked great. We agreed to change the air cleaner and hung up the call... 30 seconds later, the service manager rang my phone back...he sent me a photo of my battery which was bulging and soon to fail. They had the battery in stock and replaced it. They then brought my truck back to my workplace.
