We had our roof replaced in 2018. This company had the best price around, which should have been a warning sign. We were promised a warranty certificate after it was paid in full. We owed them a balance, half of the price, which I promptly paid on my credit card the day after the work was completed. We never received the warranty. 5 years later we had a significant leak, we filed an insurance claim. The inspector confirmed that the leak was due to an error in the installation. Had our roof replaced in 2018 by this company .This week one small shingle seemed like it was popping up and we called Ulrich. Mike came climbed up on the roof and secured it. No charge.What a nice man and great service.Would recommend highly.
Highly recommended!! They came on time and at the date we agreed, they did a really good job as you can see in the picture below and left my property really clean.
We got a new roof and gutters. End product looks great, would definitely recommend.
