Don't waste your time, don't ruin your day trying to give them your business. I have never dealt with such a horrible "business" (hesitant to call it a business.) The automated system disconnected me 2x. When called back again, auto system asks for zip code. After trying a few times with it, finally a guy answers but he is clueless and absolutely rude and the call quality if terrible. The guy hangs up on me, can you believe it??? Call back and follow the prompts to go to a different dept, but the system hangs up on you. Luck... read more
