Our ice maker stopped working and we called and the owner answered. We gave him our address and he indicated he was heading to a job near us and once he finished up he would head over to us, likely within the hour. When he showed up he checked out the problem and immediately knew how to fix it. He had the part on his truck. He told us why the ice maker went bad and how we could prevent same issue from happening again. He replaced the part and we are back in business w ice. Highly recommended.
I am not one to post many reviews but when a person or company is so OUTSTANDING and PROFICIENT I am compelled to do so. I have used Ulmers in the past as did many of my fellow residents in Gardens Plaza, so when the dryer belt broke on my dryer on a property I own in-land a few miles, I called them, because I trust them.
