In August 2026, my wife and I were travelling through Saskatchewan from Winnipeg, on our way to a family wedding in Edmonton. My 2020 XT5 started acting up in and around Lloydminster, Sk. I did some troubleshooting and determined it was a temperature gauge. My A/C stop blowing cold air and my fan was running on high. We were in a time crunch due to the wedding. We went in to test drive an Equinox EV and ended up buying a Cadillac Optiq Sport. Both Mike and Lisa were so helpful and patient with everything I needed. They spent the time to make sure it was the perfect fit for us. I can't say enough about how we love this new SUV. It has almost everything you can think of for features in an EV, all standard, and at an incredible price point. I told Mike that we wish our commute from work was longer so we could keep driving! Michael Lindskog was incredibly helpful and honest throughout the entire process, which I truly appreciated.
