We went in to test drive an Equinox EV and ended up buying a Cadillac Optiq Sport. Both Mike and Lisa were so helpful and patient with everything I needed. They spent the time to make sure it was the perfect fit for us. I can't say enough about how we love this new SUV. It has almost everything you can think of for features in an EV, all standard, and at an incredible price point. I told Mike that we wish our commute from work was longer so we could keep driving! Thanks to the whole team!!
I recently decided it was time to upgrade from my 2019 model to something more recent, and I had an excellent experience with the team at Cadillac Ulmer. Michael Lindskog was incredibly helpful and honest throughout the entire process, which I truly appreciated. Ashley in financing was also a pleasure to work with-she made everything smooth and straightforward. Overall, a great team that made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

We purchased a 2023 CT5 Sport from Lance. He was awesome to deal with. He wasn't pushy, nor did we feel out of place, as we don't look like a couple who would purchase a Cadillac product. Thank-you for the amazing service Lance. The finance department was easy to deal with and worked with us on a Saturday due to my current schedule. The car was treated by Mike and Adam and they did a great job on the coating and tint. We had a rather great experience with this company. Thank you all.
