Wish I would have made a different decision on hiring a firm to sue on behalf of my business. This firm forgot a demand in a complaint which ended up costing me nearly 200K less awarded in my judgment, then they took so long to finalize the judgment for no reason that the judgment debtor was able to sell his million dollar home and avoid a lien, even though we had the judgment months before the sale.
