Good friendly service. Honest and reliable
We have used this company previously and were very happy with the service, so engaged them again to move us from Sydney to the Shoalhaven. Unfortunately our experience this time was quite poor. Pick up was OK, but delivery was postponed without consulting us, and when we rang to query we were spoken to rudely, and lied about to the the men on the truck. Men are apparently all resigning due to rude and unprofessional management.
Disgusting. Today they were supposed to move my parent's entire life of possessions from Sydney to Ulladulla. Our booking was made 2 months ago and confirmed verbally twice in the last 3 weeks. They did not turn up and refused to answer my phonr calls. I am disgusted at their behaviour and lack of professionalism.
Good people....delivered furniture to a two storey house ...with out any worries....
