The reception staff clearly have more important things to do and places to be. Its a real shame given the great expereience I've had with the doctors there, but unfortunately, in a service busines yoru front of house is the front door...and therefore a core part of the business.
I have been here twice to see Dr Owen Tsao (last 6 mths) and Dr Boom (yrs ago). I hear the boss is great also. Both were quick, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Dr. Noureen is very rude. Said no before I even finished my sentence. Assumed what I was going to say and didn't let me finish. Overall worst Dr experience I have ever had. Reception staff however are polite and helpful.
