I cannot recommend this florist highly enough. From the very first interaction, they were professional, caring, and incredibly attentive. Disappointing. I was gifted a bunch of flowers from my sister in law as a birthday present. She organised for them to be delivered on a Saturday but 4 days later they arrived. Not only that, she spent $150 plus delivery for the flowers and when they arrived, I sent her a photo to say thank you & she made it clear of the price of them & in all honesty I’ve paid $30 for bigger bouquets from other florists. Have had previous good experiences however was really disappointed to have ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister, unfortunately they didn’t show up on the correct day, when they arrived (3 days late may I add) the arrangement was disappointing to say the least. I don’t like to complain but after emailing to hopefully come to a resolution and not hearing back I am really frustrated. Deeply saddened by the depleting customer service and pride in business these days.
