Great Doctor staff sucks Don't know what they are doing I had to cancel my procedure because they were not capable of doing the clearance! Now I have to get a new primary and start all over!My lower back shot will have to wait even though I am in a lot of pain!!

Extremely disappointed with the service and management. My family (myself, my husband, and my son) recently became patients here, but we are already leaving the practice due to deceptive billing and unprofessional staff. My son had a brief, 5-minute follow-up call on 3/26 regarding bloodwork results, results that had to be redone because of a mistake made by the office. I actually travel from the coast to see Dr. Sargeant, and I've loved her so much that I have continued to see her for a couple of years, despite having closer options. Reading through some of the reviews - yes, contacting them can be a bit challenging at times. Frequently, the best way to contact in an emergency is to schedule a telehealth call, which is always directly with the doctor. I’m a new patient and I’m already thinking about leaving. I had to take the time to drive to the office to get an appointment. I still couldn’t get a person there to help. I call numerous times. I couldn’t get a real person to talk to. I couldn’t get a call back. My health is more valuable then an office that feels like their patients is not. I looking for another family doctors.
