He scheduled an appointment with me for Monday(6/30/25)@ 6 pm. Not only he did not show up, he texts me after I left him a voicemail, stating that he had personal things to deal and to see if I wanted to reschedule. I wasn't even worth a phone call back. I didn't reschedule. Uli was amazing, he got here 10min early an go done right before I had to go pick up my daughter from school. He did an outstanding job and will be using him in the future for all my car repair needs. Highly recommend him to everyone. He was also way cheaper then a shop.
Awesome customer service very punctual, trustworthy and honest. I had a Mazda truck that needed to have the ignition switch replaced. He came right over made the diagnostic. He went to AutoZone ordered the part for me and he picked it up installed it that very same day this dude is awesome he knows what his doing. Without a doubt I will recommend him to anybody he will for sure get my business anytime I need a repair.
Uli is awesome, helped me find a part at a much lower cost than anywhere in town would charge, and installed it quickly and at an extremely affordable price. Because I saved so much money I decided to use him again a couple weeks later to fix additional items. Highly recommend.
I would like too express my gratitude and thankfulness for uli! He showed up yesterday evening and ran a quick diagnostic which was half the price any shop in Yakima would offer. Then proceeded to take off my starter because my car wasn’t starting and took it to orieley to have it tested. The test came back good so we knew it wasn’t the starter but he noticed the two plugs for the starter seemed a bit loose so he reinstalled the starter and lo and behold the car started.
