After contracting ULF & Associates for a home remodel, I was very pleased. They were punctual and efficient for the duration of the project, which was completed on time with expert craftsmanship. Together with Ulf Lindroth, we completed our dream home in the Vail Valley. It is a 10,000 square foot home on a 40 acre parcel. The task was very complex and required a solid team of professionals. As the general contractor, Ulf’s team’s input was invaluable and served to save time and money that would have otherwise required change orders to resolve. Their monthly billing process was very concise, accurate and easy to understand. And the project was delivered on schedule with the highest quality of craftsmanship.
