Unprofessional. Last time I checked a doctors job is to make the patient and family feel cared for and not being treated like a dog. His patient provider communication skills are ZERO. Maybe he needs to take a couple classes on that... spare yourself dealing with a doctor who thinks he’s too good to even treat his own patients. Also very rude to family who came for support so dont expect any emphaty.
