The absolute best!!! They had the most reasonable quote by far and Shannon did a great job getting me set up on a bus. When I requested a same day change they were super accommodating and handled it very quickly and free of charge.
We had the best experience through this Limo rental company! Let me start with the professionalism of Miss Shannon, she was efficient, quick and personable over the phone, she booked me 1 day before our trip. I was sent everything by email and paid through a secure link online, which I prefer to do. The driver Larry Price was awesome, he was funny, on time and got us to our destination on time and safe. I am more thankful that we found this company to be our transport for my mom's birthday.
I’ve worked with ULC before on previous events years ago and things have been fine before. Unfortunately with my recent contact with them, it was probably one of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with booking. My family and I have used ULC 3 times, and they were professional and reliable every time! I 100% recommend them, and I will use them again. They had great communication and drivers. Also, the prices were unbeatable!
Thanks ULC PARTY BUS & LIMO! Our party bus was nice, clean, and very nice. Our driver was polite and was very flexible with our timing. ULC has great customer service and great buses to back that up.
