I placed a deposit for a limo in October 2025 for my wedding in May 2025. During the confirmation phone call, the sales manager Shannon had mentioned they may not have the limo on my wedding day, but they had a party bus as a back up option. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the party bus especially since I had booked the limo well in advance and she assured me it was just an option as she likes to have backup options.
