All she wants to do is referrals she does not want to treat you if she can refer you out that's what she wants to do even though she could redo the same treatment she doesn't want to do it she passes the buck. She told me one time her job was to do referrals and that's it. I'm a senior citizen on Medicare and I get treated by her horrible I know what works I have asthma I have asked her to help me with my treatment because I know what works and she refuses but it heads with her three times and I've proved her wrong all three... read more

My mom had been a patient there for 15 yrs. Over the last year with a dementia diagnosis, she was treated worse and worse, left waiting for hours at a time for appointments. I called this morning as my was experiencing vertigo, left a message explaining the situation. 14 hrs later I still have not gotten a call back. There is definitely a lack of care for seniors.

Sorry to say she left me with no med refills since july 2024 even with me keeping all the specialist, she wanted me to see, with every specialist! She really doesn't do anything during visits which the office charges my insurance every 3 months. She only prescribes 3 meds! The specialist take care of my meds and exams! I would have have gone in for her annual exam if some of her staff would have text me or called me or emailed me what she was pushing!!! Clear your schedule because you will spend 1-2 hours a visit waiting on someone to see you. I along with other patients have actually been forgotten in rooms for over 1+ hour. Not very professional and little consideration of clients time.

I work for A hospital and I had the unpleasant experience to have to deal with this office for a mutual patient. First time I requested a referral patient had to reschedule because they couldn’t do it on time. I call again for a appointment for next year and spoke to Amber who was very rude and unprofessional she even said whatever to me because I told her that I was requesting the referral almost a month ahead because last time patient was unable to be seen, I don’t care if your office is short staff patient needs to be see... read more
