Excellent communications, friendly staff.
Absolutely rubbish takes weeks if not months to get a response then they use outside agencies that give appointments so then you wait again then the report has to go from outside agency to them and back to you taking more time and emails and phones don’t get answered
Terrible costumer service. Requested a refund and they told me they will get back to me. It's been over a week and no response on email as well as not answering the phone. They even send a message when not picking up the phone asking how they can hep, but never return a call. Very disappointing. Stay away.
