Chỗ này dành cho mấy bạn nào sinh viên UTS mà có điều kiện tí. Đúng nghĩa là vua chúa khi mà các bạn sẽ được trải nghiệm 9h học 8h50 dậy nhưng vẫn vô kịp, trưa học về nằm ngủ trưa. Ngoài ra, nếu ở khu nhà này thì các bạn hầu như ko phải mua gì vì chủ nhà họ chuẩn bị hết, xuống dưới sảnh lụm lên phòng hoặc text hỏi mấy anh quản lý thôi. Quản lý thì họ rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện nên cứ thoải mái nha. UKO Ultimo was my home for almost a year! I was moving to Sydney for work from interstate and I am so pleased I stayed at UKO Ultimo - the location is centrally located close to the city, Chinatown, Glebe, Broadway shopping is close by too, public transport bus/trains just a short walk away and lots of cafes and restaurants. 我之前就住UKO，真的挺方便的。 当时是在domain上看到他们的网站，填了个申请，第二天manager就联系我了。 整个流程很快，合同啊、押金啊都在线上搞定，基本不用跑来跑去。 房子也挺干净的，进去的时候manager还带我转了一圈，厨房、洗衣房都在公共区，大家都挺友善。我那栋楼氛围很好，挺有生活气息的。 manager人也超好，有事发邮件都很快回复。 整体感觉就——省心。如果你不想自己找中介、怕麻烦，UKO确实是个挺靠谱的选择。
I had an incredible 6-month stay at UKO Ultimo. It’s easy to travel to the city, Haymarket, and Surry Hills — you can walk or take a bus everywhere. The apartment offers full-service facilities: you can cook, do your laundry, and enjoy your own private space. Brani was always there to assist, making the stay smooth and peaceful.
Brani is really good, he has helped us many times! I recommend living here
