Ho avuto il piacere di abitare per più di un anno ad UKO Ultimo e non posso fare altro che consigliarlo. Brani è super disponibile, l’immobile e gli alloggi sono curati e puliti. Ottimo spot, vicino al centro. Consigliato!
Generally convenient to everything that you need in the city, but the main entry can be obscured on the back alleyways.
Appartamento carino vicino al centro della città. Spazi comuni gradevoli e puliti, oltre che con tutti gli utensili necessari. Terrazza fantastica. Inoltre affittare è stato semplice anche da oltre oceano. L’host Brani è sempre stato disponibile e gentile, è stato un piacere soggiornare qui!
I totally enjoyed my stay at UKO Ultimo! The communal areas and rooms are very welcoming and decorated with a great family home touch! The building is very secure, clean and well located. Almost everything you need for everyday living is available on premises. Thanks Brani for being an awesome Community Manager! I’ll be glad to stay again at UKO!
Chỗ này dành cho mấy bạn nào sinh viên UTS mà có điều kiện tí. Đúng nghĩa là vua chúa khi mà các bạn sẽ được trải nghiệm 9h học 8h50 dậy nhưng vẫn vô kịp, trưa học về nằm ngủ trưa. Ngoài ra, nếu ở khu nhà này thì các bạn hầu như ko phải mua gì vì chủ nhà họ chuẩn bị hết, xuống dưới sảnh lụm lên phòng hoặc text hỏi mấy anh quản lý thôi. Quản lý thì họ rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện nên cứ thoải mái nha. Tóm lại, nếu các bạn có điều kiện hoặc cần chỗ ở tạm thời khi mới tới Úc thì UKO là một lựa chọn tuyệt vời, mình rất recommend... read more
