I needed a place quickly and UKO Sutherland ticked all the boxes and was hassle free. Definitely recommend this place to everyone. Very cozy apartment that is fully furnished and very close to train station. All the staff have been fantastic and have built a wonderful community
Cancelled my lease without an explanation one week before we were meant to move in
I needed a short term rental property back in April 2024 and to my surprise discovered the Uko community. It was exactly what I needed. The Property Manager was easy to communicate with and I had a room ready for me within the month. I moved into a 1 person studio with a balcony on the top (3rd) floor of the Sutherland site, I paid a little extra & was able to park my car securely in the underground carpark but there is generally parking on the street most days.
