Excellent location, really straightforward way to rent a place for the short term. Rooms are clean and well designed. Brani the community manager was very quick to respond and sort out any issues . Would recommend to anyone looking for their first place to stay in Sydney.
It was nice to stay there for some months, people are nice and the community manager very helpful and responsive when there's any problem. It's also convenient because they take charge of a lot of things, which is appreciated when you don't want to bother with all that stuff (utility bills, nbn, furniture, etc..).
Really enjoyed my stay at UKO Surry Hills - Well designed & modern room which had essentials provided and super convenient location. Property manager Brani was really friendly and helpful whenever I needed help too!
Abbiamo deciso di trascorrere 3 mesi (da gennaio a fine marzo 2023) nella fantastica Sydney e, dall'Italia, non avevamo idea di come affittare un appartamento in questo lontano paese. Non è semplice prendere in affitto, per così breve tempo, una appartamento qui in Autralia, soprattutto a Sydney e se non vuoi spendere un patrimonio con air bb. Todo genial. Ubicación 10/10. Siempre que hemos tenido problemas Brani lo ha solucionado enseguida y ha estado muy pendiente de nuestra comodidad. Siempre hay actividades que hacer con la gente del edificio. La inspección es una maqueta en 3D del estudio pero es 100% igual. La única pega que tengo es el precio pero no se puede pedir mas en Sydney. 10/10
