We moved into UKO just about three months ago, and I wanted to share how truly wonderful the experience has been, largely thanks to our building manager, Steven. Hi, I would like to share my experience since I started leasing in UKO Royalpark on Aug 2024, the leasing process was an ease like breeze as the building agency took care the most of the process like a flashing lights, the facilities and maintenance requests were great. I had a personal situation with a new born, so requested to assist moving to a 2bhk within same buildings, and the building managers have provided top notch assistance understanding our situations. Overall a very good building to recommend.
Dear Renters, this is what you need to know about UKO Royal Park: in my experience, you are not the customer! The building is owned by Wentworth Capital, a real estate private equity company based in Sydney (UKO are the company that manages the building on behalf of Wentworth Capital).
