Dear Renters, this is what you need to know about UKO Royal Park: in my experience, you are not the customer! The building is owned by Wentworth Capital, a real estate private equity company based in Sydney (UKO are the company that manages the building on behalf of Wentworth Capital). I lived here throughout 2024 and always had a great experience with the UKO team. Thanks guys.
I hate how they handled turning over the building, they are a company who are only interested in profit and forced all of the permanent residents out of the building with rent increases from 51%, I’ve looked now and the photos they have put up for our old unit are not pictures of the unit and are of other units of bigger sizes they do this to mislead possible new tenants.
UKO represents everything that is wrong with housing in Australia. Corporate greed at its finest.
