An overall great stay that’s value for money - utilities all included and fully furnished with everything you’d need. Place was a short walk to many eateries within the area and grocery stores. 3 min walk to the bus stop or a less than 20 min stroll to the light rail station which takes you to the city and CBD. Area is super safe and peaceful too.
Perfect view to the city, perfect location, restaurants, close to everything I need. Super helpful community manager Francesco Small downside of aircraft noise, but got used to it quickly, and no aircraft noise after 11pm.
I lived in UKO Marrickville for 10 months and I had a very good experience. The building is in very good condition, you have all the basics in your studio (and in the building). WiFi works pretty well which was very important for me since I worked a lot from home. The community managers are amazing, always trying to keep the place cosy and in good condition :) They are very responsive, professional and friendly! Super place to live, everything you need in one place, friendly people, excellent management and great location. A person couldn't ask for more.
Been living here for a 2 months so far, I transferred easily from the Newtown location to be closer to work. Everyone is friendly and really helpful. Furniture is high quality, location is great, lots of street parking, close to train station and bus stops, 3 minutes to Woolies, easy drive or bus ride to the bigger shopping centre. Ali is the best manager. Everything is included for one price. Highly recommend.
