This is a quiet and convenient area. The house is also well maintained. I'm very glad to have lived in this place during my study abroad and have left behind many wonderful memories.
The living environment is very beautiful, the transportation is convenient, and the team of intermediary services is very good, five stars!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at UKO Camperdown and would not recommend it to anyone. The management team, especially Monica, is unresponsive and unprofessional. They rarely reply to messages, and repairs are painfully slow, leaving tenants in frustrating situations. The building itself is old and has a pervasive, unpleasant smell. The apartment was really nice but dealing the admin team and property management was a living nightmare. Issues ranging from a serious fire in the garbage room that they acted like never happened, to increasing our rent by $70/week the first year and $150/week the second year, to terminating most leases in our building to sell off apartments even though they advertise as "Build to Rent".
