nice furnished studio in a great suburb (Balmain) close to everything. The “boardinghouse” is run by a very nice and competent crew, Yulia looks after everything and made our stay very very enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience staying at UKO Balmain for a few months. The apartment was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern finishes that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beautiful waterfront wharfs, perfect for a scenic stroll, and nearby parks offering plenty of green space to relax. UKO Balmain was the perfect solution for my short term stay. If you need smaller space furnished with great community, UKO Balmain is the one for you. The studios are well designed and spaced with nice future and appliances. The monthly community dinners are a huge plus. Allows you to get to know people around you. The team at UKO looks after you very well, especially Yulia. Overall delightful stay and would recommend to others.

Uko Balmain was an excellent choice for our stay, especially as we were moving to Australia from overseas without any rental history. With all utilities and Wi-Fi included, it made our transition seamless. Yulia, the manager, was consistently helpful and friendly, making the experience even better. We highly recommend it!
