Living at Balmain UKO here has been a great experience. Yulia, the property manager, is fantastic, always helpful and genuinely welcoming. She organises monthly community events that make it easy to meet people and feel at home. The location is also super convenient, close to public transport and cafes. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay! ”
I’ve lived at UKO Balmain twice with my first stay for six months in October of 2022 and again for almost a year and a half in December 2023. The studio apartments have a great fit & finish and access to communal spaces such as a larger kitchen and open plaza. I always gravitated back to UKO as it provides great value in the city, fantastic public transport links and easy walking distance to Darling High Street. I had an amazing experience at UKO Balmain. Spent in total about a year here. Yulia was amazing, always planning events for Christmas, Mardi Gras, or just because. It was a great opportunity to get to know your neighbors. She was also accommodating to us when we needed to extend our lease, or when we left and came back. Will definitely move back here if I come back to the Sydney area. Thank you for everything, Yulia.
Our 6-month stay at UKO Balmain was fantastic! The location is beautiful, the apartment was clean and well furnished. Above all, the sense of community and the lovely neighbours made our stay more enjoyable. We also found Yulia very helpful and attentive! All-in-all a great experience!
