This place is well-maintained and kept clean. During my stay, Manager Hairul's quick responses have made my experience very comfortable. He is always prompt and friendly in handling all matters related to the apartment, big or small. The location is also very convenient, being very close to Ashfield Station. It was a great place to settle in when I first arrived in Sydney😀😀
I’m so far very satisfied renting in UKO Ashfield Village. The building is new and everything is for the most part functioning well. Maintenance request is also dealt with in reasonable timing. The location is great, close to Ashfield Mall which has all the essentials like grocery and banks. It’s also close to the train station and bus to city
Great community to be a part of! Very convenient - fully furnished, bills included, close to the shops... The community manager, Simone, is very lovely and always ready to help tenants out. She definitely made it a very fun and enjoyable place to stay :)
楼是新的，可是周遭好像只有这个楼是新的，还窄，鹤立鸡群显得有些滑稽。没有reception
Great experience at UKO Ashfield village. Mainly due to the amazing building manager Simone. There were many community events organised right through my stay. If your new to Sydney and want to meet people and be part of a community, highly recommend UKO. The place was equipped with the basics and the location was very convenient.
