Nice place to live, Hairul the manager is really nice and professional and response to issues quickly
Two stars for the location (close to the bus and train stations) and the free Netflix subscription in the fourth-floor common area. Other than that, I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here. It was quite funny that the manager was never around during emergencies such as electricity outages on winter nights or when there was no hot water, but as soon as I sent a message in group chat telling people they should claim their bond immediately when moving out to avoid unfair charges, the manager called me right away even though it was outs... read more
I’ve been living at UKO Ashfield Village for almost a year now, and overall it’s been a great experience. The apartment is quiet, clean, and modern, with a very spacious layout. The shared kitchen, living area, and laundry are all well maintained, which makes it really comfortable to live here. The location is super convenient — it’s about a 5–8 minute walk to Ashfield train station, and there’s a bus stop right downstairs that goes directly to Broadway. We had stayed in UKO Ashfield for 8 month. That was wonderful life, cuz the room is cozy and bathroom, kitchen are clean. The large windows always bring natural light into our room. Also, it''s enough to live two of us. We liked that sometimes they held barbecues and other events in the apartment. We can acess to ashfield mall within 10 min by walk, and ashfield station.
