This is a very nice mid-term rental building. Prices are slightly higher than a private rental but a lot lower than a serviced apartment or an airbnb. The fit-out is good, the rooms are quite spacious and have amenities like in-room washer/dryers, full sized ovens, and reverse cycle heating. Hairul is a great property manager who is quick to help when you have questions.
I stayed here with my partner for about 4 months, it was really well-suited for the two of us. Rooms are cozy and tv and aircon are high quality and work very good. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is nice. Management are also helpful. Matt and Hairul are for the most part responsive to any questions we had, and both are very kind and respectful. The building environment is really nice and comfortable, plus the management team is supportive and nice.
I highly recommend living at UKO Ashfield or in one of the UKO properties. You will feel very looked after as you have a community manager who you can contact, a WhatsApp group with all tenants, and even a representative in the house for outisde of office hours. The venue is also very clean and looked after and has common areas which are very comfortable.
