We had a wonderful stay at UKO Kensington and truly enjoyed the experience. The location is excellent, offering convenient access to public transportation, which makes daily life incredibly easy and enjoyable. The apartments are modern, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential amenities. Awesome location! The place is well maintained and Antoine the manager is very professional, any little problems we had it was addressed quickly and he’s always on top of things, planing to stay in this place for a considerable time.

I lived at UKO Kensington for a brief period from late summer to the end of fall 2023. The location is extremely convenient, with quick access to light rail and bus stations, with plenty of shops within a comfortable walking distance. The management team was friendly, and Yulia was a wonderful host who was quick to respond whenever I had any issues or concerns arise.
