Old and loud. I didn’t like it at all. My room barely had lights coming from outside and the bathroom fan wasn’t even working properly. Very old apartment with lack of management. I do not recommend ever renting this place especially the building where I lived in.
Ashley@ UKMVP is amazing She made the move-in process with my cousin easy-peasy lemon squeezy. I was a little hesitant with previous bad reviews since we were moving from out of town with a limited time to find an apartment, after doing the math, closeness, and price it was a no brainer, and I am not going to lie as I was writing this review seeing all the tow issues. I had a truly awful experience at this apartment complex, and I would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to look elsewhere. The management, especially the manager named Ashley, is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Ashley is not only unprofessional but also blatantly dishonest. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The parking situation at this apartment complex is a complete disaster. There’s hardly any parking available, and to make matters worse, my car got towed from the parking lot! It cost me $170 to get my car out of impound, and to add insult to injury, Ashley, the so-called manager, was the one who called to have it towed.
