Poor Convalescent Hospital I know some people who's relatives live here and they are very dissatified with the service. Their relatives have ended up with sores and malnutrition. I would not recommend this place to anyone PROS: None CONS: Everything
Not A Sleepy Old Nursing Home I started working here in December 2009. My first day was a lesson on customer service. This company wants all staff to not just care for the patients but to genuinely love them and we do. We have been very rehab focused and work with our residents on the ultimate goal of going home. We cry together when they are leaving and many of them return to visit and volunteer. We love them and treat them as if they are family. Ukiah Convalescent Hospital is awful Horrible, uncaring fakes. Food is really bad. I don't know how a person could survive, much less heal on the basic white bread, instant potatoes & sugar water diet. There is hardly any communication from staff to patients. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN THIS HELL HOLE!
