I worked for this company and the management are atrocious, they robbed me of an hours wage and told me I had no employee rights and treated me like I was a child. They refused to listen to my views and what I said didn’t matter. They cancelled my shift without notice. I had worked for a previous private firm with no problems for nearly two years, UKEMS took over and I had an issue in my first shift. Plenty other private firms! Avoid!

Thank you for the very professional service provided to bring my wife home after surgery at Harrogate district hospital. Our home isn't the easiest to manoeuvre a wheel chair to but your Male and female staff managed very well and it much appreciated. Thank you once again. David Major, Knaresborough.
