I ordered a precision cutter from UKAM, via a local company (our vendor), Excelnics Industries in Malaysia. However, after months of waiting and even after our local vendor has made payment to UKAM, there was no reply or status updates on our order from UKAM. They just kept quiet and did not reply our repeated emails and messages! Very unprofessional and they just took our vendor's payment and disappear.
