Bought Nissan qashqai on 12 July, didn’t tell or advertise the mirror was broken. As soon as I noticed, they promised to ship a mirror, waited a week nothing shipped. Second week called them and they just delivered the “mirror glass” ridiculously like they are joking, although they know the issue and it was what we agreed for to ship the mirror to my address. Unethical attitude to be honest. Wasn’t expecting they forget everything after the sale. I will escalate with Trading Standards and Motor ombudsman!
I changed my car today as the one I bought before wasn’t right for me, and Tahir was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the lowest rate and found the best car for me. The service was honest, professional, and stress-free. My experience here was excellent. It was my first time buying a car and I was kept informed of the process and the customer service was great.
