They claim that they know everything but they lack, specially when handling with City Officials, There is one person attached to this team claims Leading Architect but his professional knowledge is very poor . My advice get proper agreement with them with every detail in it and they will not give back your initial deposit if they are unable to get proper approval from the city. Mr Kirat is excellent when dealing with you but ..... not cooperative when you prove he or his team is wrong.
