I purchased a pool pump that was not fit for purpose and did not work. Tubing separated during use and so started a return within 30 days of purchasing the item. Customer service were difficult, refused to cover return costs and upon returning the item, will not respond to my email requests when I ask when I can expect a refund.

What an amazing company. Bought a pool pump 2 years ago and it stopped working. They didn't hesitate to collect it , repaired it and delivered it back to me. All without charge. Please use this company as not many would have done that.
