Worst experience ever, 6 months warranty is only for engine and gearbox. Cars had numerous problems within 6 months and refusing to take it back. I'm over £5000 down from the car I brought from thrse jokers and repair costs, also had to buy a new car aswell. In process of taking these clowns to small claims court to hopefully get them to take the faulty BMW back. The cost of the car and after sale are the two fundamental factors when you are buying a car. Uk Motors N Limited did excellently well in the two areas I mentioned above. They delivered my car for free with warranty and also have an excellent after sale service. I surely recommend them %100.
Bought a car from this garage through a finance company, and they were advised to give the car an MOT and service before it was sold to me, however to find that 2 months down the line the car is knackered was given a dodgey MOT to be sold quicker! I took the car to Ford to be looked at and they found a lot wrong with the car including the transfer box has at some point fallen out and all that they did was weld it back together! If I could leave 0 stars then I would. Purchased a car from here back in January, a few weeks later it had a check drive train warning. I contact dealer who tells me the vehicle has been recalled by BMW and there's nothing they can do as there warranty only covers engine and gearbox. I take to a local garage who tells me it's nothing to do with it being recalled it's a blocked dpf. I bought a car from here 1,5 months ago, the first experience was okay however after a week the car didn’t start, I called UK motors who came straight the way to have a look, it turned out to be the car battery, they charged it and said any more issues give us a call. The car was driving ok for another week before the car didn’t start again, however after contacting UK motors they came and replaced the new battery.
