The urgent care center is great! Except the older short haired lady at the front desk. She is absolutely ridiculously hateful and very unfriendly. Definitely should not be working in health care if she can't even try to be more polite and kind. It wouldn't kill her to smile either.
Great place and great Dr's
My wife had a cardiac event that put her in the hospital at Hazard,Ky a few days after Christmas. A cardiologist from Appalachian cardiologist showed up at 5:15 AM and talked to her for a few minutes and when I arrived at 9:00 am that morning she didn't remember anything. We have no idea what is going on with her heart since we only seen a nurse practitioner on January 10th. She does need some kind of test but instead of doing it at Hazard ARh they sent us to paintsville 70 miles away. I am 68 and disabled and someone sent a... read more
