Receptionist named Barb was very rude to me just now. Had asked if they saw kids cause I brought my 2 year old. Some places won't see kids under a certain age. The tone of her voice when she answered me was very rude. The tone in her voice the rest of the time she was talking to me wasn't very nice either.
Brought my 2 year old in he was running a high fever 102 & coughing. We have a newborn at home, so we needed to know what he has. They were only going to test him for RSV and Covid. I suggested they do more tests; we would like to know what was wrong, considering we have a 4-day-old at home. We had to wait for the results; we didn’t hear anything back, no phone call or anything been two days. so we decided to call & it turns out he had an ear infection & tested positive for parainfluenza.
