Barb, the receptionist, was rude to my mother as she was trying to explain her situation. She was also standing outside trying to drive people away saying they had 15 people ahead of anyone coming in. She is the most rude and unfriendly person there.
A great group of people that are working there
Barb needs to lighten up a little bit. She’s absolutely rude and just horrible in general. The attitude and the rudeness is so unnecessary. If you hate your job that bad then you don’t need to be there anymore. I’m tired of all the attitude and just her hatefulness. She never has a nice thing to say and is always complaining about her job or if someone comes in she’ll start complaining. Please for the love of god PLEASE FIND A NEW JOB!!!
Barb is probably the rudest employee I’ve encountered. She acts like she’s miserable just doing her job, and if she has to get up out of her chair, she huffs and puffs as if it’s an inconvenience. When you work in healthcare, especially with patients who are already sick and not feeling well, being friendly, compassionate, and welcoming should be part of the job. A little kindness goes a long way, and unfortunately, Barb does not have any of that. She really needs to get over herself.
