This is where I usually go because it’s quick and the nurses and doctors are kind. The receptionist however, Barb, is hilariously hateful. It genuinely gives me a giggle how badly she hates her job. She must have family somewhere or something because all of these reviews are about how horrible she is. I do not know how she still works there. I always dread to speak with her. She is so unpleasant.
The receptionist needs to find something else to do with her life lol she is obviously miserable and is a HUGE jerk. You won’t feel welcome. I left that review a year ago and I still feel this way. Barb is mean and I don’t know how she still has the job. She literally makes the awesome doctors not worth the visit.
The urgent care center is great! Except the older short haired lady at the front desk. She is absolutely ridiculously hateful and very unfriendly. Definitely should not be working in health care if she can't even try to be more polite and kind. It wouldn't kill her to smile either.
