Dr. Gupta is an amazing doctor and surgeon! She has amazing bed side manner and kept me updated and informed through my whole surgery process. She was always educated on my condition and prompt on answering any questions I had. Extremely kind and compassionate, making this scary process not so scary. highly recommend her to anyone who needs an ENT doctor.
I seen Dr. Jones at this facility and it was probably one of the worst patient -doctor experiences I’ve ever had. He is RUDE, speaks to you like an idiot and honestly provided me with no answers. I get chronic sinus and ear infections , I have my whole life and have bad allergies and his words to me were “ only children get reoccurring ear infections and you’re not a child! This place in not a clinic. The receptionist made me wait for a long time while she was playing with paper. she does not care that a human with pain is waiting there. I understand that UK is trying to help but hiring inconsiderate people is not nice. Even if she was a volunteer, she could be nicer.
Dr. Comer is the best. He figured out what I had going on and I had been trying to figure it out for almost 10 yrs. He's polite, explains things clearly and I'm glad I got sent to him. Highly recommend him!
