When I came here last year I was offered a non surgical light therapy from the manager for my hair loss treatment. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the manager and I opted to take the offer. Very good patient follow up & after care! Keep it up!! I had bag experience they don’t care about what they should do to get better result they just care about money . I pay 2000£ for very little area but at first the deal was that they can do how ever I wish but when I go for my hair transplant it’s different. I have to go to turkey to start from the scratch loosing all my money . Not recommended at all !!!
I’m now 4 months post-op and couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel completely at ease. The surgeon was incredibly professional and reassuring, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The surgery itself went brilliantly, and I felt safe and calm throughout. Seeing my hair come in so well already has been amazing.

I contacted UKHT for a hair loss treatment… some time ago. I was asked to come in for a free consultation and so I accepted. I went to their brand new Hair Transplant clinic in Walsall and was received by a really welcoming staff. After waiting for about 5 mins I was called in to be seen by a consultant who was very competent, he told me that he had been in the industry for over 5 years.
