Amazing experience today with everyone in the office. I feel welcomed! I would like to take a moment to sincerely praise Dr. Hall. He showed professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern for my health and well-being. I feel listened to and respected, and my questions are answered clearly and patiently. Having a doctor who is attentive, knowledgeable, and kind makes a huge difference, and I am very grateful to be under Dr. Hall’s care.

I see Carrie Crum and have been for about 2 years now. I am a diabetic and she does everything she can to help and try to keep everything in check. She has done so by listening to my concerns, asking what seems to be the right questions, ordering blood work and other test on a regular basis, prescribing the necessary medications and working with my insurance company to make sure I'm able to get the right meds. I visited to establish care with Dr. Hall and was blown away by the kindness I received from every staff member beginning with the check in process and ending at the post appointment check out clerks. Monica was incredibly welcoming and allowed me to instantly feel safe discussing my medical history. Saw Dr. Hall to establish care for the first time in my adult life. I’ve avoided this for years out of fear and anxiety of judgement and just in general not enjoying the doctor. Dr.Hall was fantastic, easy to talk to, humble and extremely understanding. I already booked my fiancé an appointment with him and plan on switching my son to him as well.
