Without doubt the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to chance across. Two hours late for agreed callout time with zero communication to explain. When they did finally arrive (after several calls from me) they seemed more concerned about the rain than repairing my shutter door. They took one brief glance at the shutter and stated that was all they could do, it took a lot of convincing from me to get them to actually take a closer inspection. Paul and Charlie have just been to program our new shutter key fob. Such amazingly kind and considerate workers, and so happy to help and explain what was needed. We cannot recommend these 2 highly enough
