Dr. Okpechi has been amazing with my baby girl. We saw Dr. Okpechi 4 days after my daughter was born. I selected her based on her experience and proximity to our home — so far, it’s been a great decision. She has been incredibly gentle with my daughter and very respectful with her questions surrounding my pregnancy and PP experience. My toddler will be seeing her as well now. Overall, the experience as Kelsey has been phenomenal. Very clean, professional, and convenient. I love the MyKelsey app as well.
I thought the dr was pleasant up until she wanted to swab my 6month old daughter and warned of severe bleeding. When I told her NO because I saw what they did to my other daughter and she still was approaching us with the swab and was basically trying to force us. My 2 yr old had just gotten swabbed by one of the other drs and had severe bleeding even after I told her to stop.
