I took my dog Remi to the Internal Medicine Clinic to investigate some issues she has been having. Dr. Smiley and the student were absolutely amazing. I was worried after reading reviews about price and service; however, I was very impressed by the service from the front desk staff to the doctors and students. They took their time with me and answered all my questions and concerns. My dog ended up needing a CT scan and scoping done under anesthesia. This is by far the most sketchy business I've ever dealt with. I understand that it appears this is your only after hours emergency option but you need to go somewhere else. This place does not have your best interest in mind. They have profits in mind and that's all there is to it. They are highly manipulative and they use gaslighting to funnel you into what makes sense for them. Waited 4 hours to find out i wasn't on the list to be seen !!! Some how was removed from waiting list !!! Horrible service!!! To top it all off they tried to con me into $3000 to $6000 worth of ct scans and mri !!! Told them to get my dog ready to go home to see other vet !!! Ranger is doing fine today !!! Nothing but a money racket !!!

They treat us with care and compassion. We had a bad experience at a Chicago ED for animals and proceded to make the long drive to get a second opinion. They are experts in their field and treated us and our situation so much better. Will come here for any specialized care for our pups.
