The staff was kind. Very pushy on adding on unnecessary expenses, that could be done at your local vet for a fraction of the cost.
If you have a pet, and its in a serious medical episode this is the place you must take them. Hands down the best veterinarian hospital around. You get what you pay for here. It's not cheap, but if you want to save your pets life, then its worth every penny.
We have brought in our youngest dog to the emergency vet and our daughter's rat to the zoo clinic. Everyone was very gentle. We ended up having to euthanize my daughter's rat and the process was filled with compassion from all who were involved. They allowed her as much time as she needed and did not judge her. The only way I could be happier with the process is if Pip could've come home with us alive. But that is no fault of the people involved in her care.
