This place is a joke. My elderly mother's dog was neutered here through our county's spay/neuter program earlier this year for low income residents. A day later, he developed issues at the incision point. She called the animal control office who advised her to take him over to this office and since they did the neuter, it would be covered. So we did. If I had some where else to take me dog I would. 5 hours of waiting and not once did anyone check on us. No wonder why there is so many people that don’t like this place and would rather take their dog out of state if that tells you anything! 😡

Very nice staff. They are prompt and appointments were followed. I did not have to wait and we were actually taken in before our appointments. After a while waiting while biopsy was performed I went to ask and again very courteous in about 5 min I had someone come out and give me an update. I drove all the way from Chicago. I’m glad I did. I’ve had vets charge me $300 for a simple consultation and charge 2 weeks prior non refundable and still had to wait upwards of an hour past a set appointment and the clinic here in the U ... read more
