Wesley did such a great job. Very thorough, knowledgeable, tidy, and courteous. Highly recommend.
Uinta remodeled our fireplace & it is beautiful, but NOT efficient. The way that it is built, the air has no room to flow out. I was told, “this size fireplace will make your tv room uncomfortably warm.” In reality, it will increase room temperature by 2 degrees after 1 hour when on high. After 5 phone calls, I have not had 1 response. In addition, the used tile, mix and grout are still on our back patio and we were told it would be picked up 2 weeks ago. This place is awful and completely unprofessional! I scheduled two appointments for a fireplace consultation, and they gave me time windows to show up, but neither ever happened. I took time off work to meet with them, and they didn’t even make an effort to make it right. Don’t waste your time! I ended up going with a company that actually valued my business and ended up buying two fireplaces from them!
Wesley has been to our house now twice. He had to order parts and came back today. He is very professional and kept us updated on his arrival time.
