We have had this log set for over 6 years and we have never had it serviced which was a mistake on our part. The technicians retuned the burner and cleaned and reset the logs. The system works better than the original install and the tech were polite, efficient and would highly recommend!!!
Easy to deal with and fair with pricing
Wesley did a fantastic and thorough job servicing my gas fireplace. He took his time and made sure everything was done correctly, according to the manufacturer’s specifications. He showed me how the fireplace worked and left the fireplace working beautifully. Great service!
Have paid this company 14,800 to make and install an outdoor gas fireplace. Once completed, I noticed the pilot light would never stay on so I contacted them and they sent a service tech and told me they installed an indoor pilot system so they removed everything and said they would be back to install the outdoor system. I never heard from them after and when I tried to contact them, their phones were disconnected And now here I am seeing they are back in business.
Uintah did an excellent job with my fireplaces. Very honest trustworthy company. Would highly recommend.
