Horrible insurance billing process. The provider has refused to send it on my behalf. I received a bill on March 17th and called to inquire, as they billed my primary insurance but not secondary. I provided all the necessary information, and they assured me they would submit the claim. Super slow. 4 hours is ridiculous for a non emergency. Empty parking lot. Yet 4 + hours for cdiff. Next time, I will go to Ashley Valley. Hospital. Nurse and staff amazing. But time is definitely not important.
Dr. Bertoch and Dr White are the best doctors that I've been to in Vernal the staff is the best as well. Everyone is very kind and helpful love them so much they are very thorough.
