Always helpful and knowledgeable
This is the office that cancelled my appointment with a robo call instead of a human so's I could reschedule at the time. They also deleted my appointment record so it was my word against theirs that I had even had one. I've since informed them not to contact me in any form & am looking for a new office/doc.
The idea of having so many providers and specialties under one roof is appealing. But, the disorganization of the MAs, nurses, and front desk staff ruin it. They seem to want to intentionally make things hard on some patients, and can't seem to keep up with the needs of some others. It is easy to slip between the cracks. They seem unclear on HIPPA protected information, and have done things to cause serious injury if not possible death due to negligence. I'm happy to be gone from this facility. I went in to have my hands reviewed for carpal tunnel surgery. A medical group in Ogden treated me like they were too busy to be bothered. Doctor Corbin and his assistant Yesi are wonderful. He examined my hands and recommend surgery. After the surgery his assistant Yesi followed up with me regularly. I have never had such outstanding care. I love these guys. Since the surgery on my right hand I can now pick up eggs out of a carton, something I have not been able to do for a couple of years due to loss of sensation. I would ... read more
I have a primary care, back, pain management, pulmonologist, and orthopedic doctor all in one place. This is very helpful and allows for continuity of care. I recommend this medical group for you.
