NO NO NO - Stay Away!!! If you are selling - DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OFFERS from buyers with UIF financing. They get one star because negative stars aren't an option. Absolutely horrific to deal with. Appraiser took pictures from the listing for his report, and although house was listed as no speakers or home theater equipment included, we had to purchase and install ceiling speakers. We purchased, installed, sent pictures of the speakers, the boxes, the speakers in the ceiling without the grills on and with the grills on. Had to ... read more
terrible, shady, over a week late in closing. I should've picked a different buyer or requested a different lender. Too bad their buyers will be at a disadvantage now from a terrible experience, but you have to close on time that is your job! no more delays, no more excuses.
Worst experience ever! This company has caused me a lot of frustration during the purchase, and could have caused me to lose $40,000 of earnest money, but I was lucky enough to finance the house some other way and keep the contract! Not only they were fine that I lose the earnest money and the house, they were also not professionals in the simplest tasks of being a lender, like being able to calculate the debt to income ratio an decide whether they can lend me or not.
