Excelente banco
Trish calls me everyday now for almost 4 weeks trying to get me to switch insurance carriers. Sometimes she calls multiple times in one day even though I have repeatedley asked them to please stop calling my # and take me off their list. They are pathetic and a joke!
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The only possible explanation for the communications I have received is that their "agents" are Chat gpt.
If I could give no stars I would. The insurance agent allowed certain coverages on my home insurance policy to be canceled after not forwarding the proper paper work to me to be signed. The actual insurance company reached out to the agent 5+ times in the last 3 months for the paperwork. Not once did the agent reach out to me. The insurance company even sent him a final email stating the coverage was now canceled and he still did not reach out to me. Thank God the insurance company sent me a letter or I would’ve never known.... read more
Still waiting....... They pestered me for years to get a quote. But it was always like 2 weeks after I just paid my insurance. Well this year I called them about 2 weeks before my insurance was due, both my car, and my homeowners insurance, Their response, we will take your email and get back with you. No, that's the wrong answer for potential client, who has been with green state for decades. I was going to two-star you, but no, you don't deserve that. It looks like you're just milking the system and not doing your job!
