Unprofessional ignorant attitudes and too many glitches and errors in there programs they will blame you for. I definitely recommend any other bank but this one.🥰

Trish calls me everyday now for almost 4 weeks trying to get me to switch insurance carriers. Sometimes she calls multiple times in one day even though I have repeatedley asked them to please stop calling my # and take me off their list. They are pathetic and a joke!
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The only possible explanation for the communications I have received is that their "agents" are Chat gpt.
