Been here since 11 am and is now 2:21 and still haven’t been called for the second part of the appointment
They now have valet parking for those who need it 7.00$ with out tip. Building now has metal detectors at entrance makes sense you still on west side of chicago. It seems like I have to sign in at a desk 4 times in a visit. Once per floor giving out your date of birth and name to at least 6 different people. For your security I guess they all see why your there on the screen. I kinda miss covid because cleaning of surfaces seems to have disappeared all over building. This is my first time coming here and I was over the moon at how kind everyone was. Every single person was helpful, respectful, and kind. Was nervous about my first time and how it would go and they truly exceeding my expectations. Could not ask for better doctors and nurses. Had some insurance hiccups and everyone was super understanding and patient with me and helped me beyond what I expected.
