UI Health Care, Iowa City, North Dodge did not disappoint. The staff were professional, gentle, and put me at ease. Short wait, clean facility, and genuinely thorough care. Would happily return and tell friends about it.
I feel that if you are struggling with mental health issues and asking for help from the OB department on hormone balance, I do not recommend Nicole Stein. Her bedside manner was inconsiderate and I felt bad for asking certain questions about my own body. No one should walk away feeling helpless from a place that could take the time to listen to a person who has a different perspective. I walked out the door in tears and don’t want another person to feel the same.
This clinic is amazing! Every single person I encountered was so welcoming and seemed to care deeply about their work. Each receptionist, nurse, and doctor I talked to was so sweet and made what could've been intimidating procedures feel very manageable. Definitely recommend!
The providers at the University of Iowa OB/GYN Clinic are great—professional, kind, and attentive. I feel like they truly care about their patients. That said, the wait times for care are really frustrating. I’m experiencing severe bleeding, and even though an IUD was recommended as a solution, I’m being told I have to wait several months to get it placed.
